Wonderful relaxing home. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed, cooked a few nights while there. Area was quiet [even with construction next door]. Manatee in canal out back [mom & baby!] was really cool to watch. Totally enjoyed the pool day & night. Beaches were great - went to the public beach by the Apollo and Tigertail. Great shelling. Went on the Craigcats - what a fun adventure! So many restaurants to choose from - all were good. Good times in Goodland. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place for a R&R vacation. Hope to get back real soon!

My family just returned home from a wonderful week in Marco Island. We were worried that kids (6,10,17) would not have enough to do, but that was never the case. This vacation home far exceeded our expectations with its spacious floor plan, large pool, pool toys, various TV's, games, etc. The owners also provided beach stuff as well, including; chairs, sand umbrella, collapsible wagon, and more. This allowed us to load up the car and head right to the beach any time we wanted. The location of the property was right in the heart of the island, so food, shopping, and the ocean were minutes away. During our trip we also utilized the travel guides provided by the owners to plan a few day trips to Naples, the Everglades, and Fort Myers. We had such a wonderful experience at this vacation home that we hope to make this an annual vacation.

Truly a beautiful home. Excellent location to enjoy all Marco Island has to offer. This home was everything we had hoped for and more!! It was impeccably clean, the furnishings were new and extremely comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy an active beach vacation. The pool and dock area was a favorite activity for our family before the beach, after the beach and at sunset! The owner John was a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home and its perfect location, and hope to be able to return in the near future!

A very well laid out property with lots of usable space. Spacious bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and multiple doors onto the Lanai/pool area. The rooms are furnished with quality fittings, and the TV/DVD players/cable TV were fantastic (and large). Lots of extras in the garage for the pool/beach and a second fridge/freezer in the garage. As both of the plots either side are vacant, there are no immediate neighbours, making it quite private.

Travelling over 5,000 miles to the property, we wondered if it would be as good as advertised, and we were not disappointed - it is a lovely place and John was very helpful throughout the booking process and stay.

This home was not only beautiful, it's in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach or short drive to other great beaches in the area. The home provides all of the beach equipment you need, which is great. The canal in back ends a few houses down so the fishing wasn't the greatest in that area aside from catfish. We spent most of our time golfing which you have soo many beautiful courses to choose from that is close to the house. We would definately stay here again!

We just returned from a one week stay at this amazing house. It was beautiful, very clean and with all high end furnishings and appliances. The house has everything and anything you could want or wish for on vacation - from pool floats and toys, pool towels, beach chairs, coolers, games, bikes. The owners have really put time and thought into making sure you have everything you need for the perfect stay. The location is perfect - close to the beach and restaurants but very private abutting the saltwater canal...we saw dolphins while eating breakfast on the patio! We loved the layout of the house, patio and pool and found the pass through window from the kitchen to the patio very helpful. Our kids loved the pool and so did we. Someone else mentioned one complaint about this house in their review - which I found to be true - it is SO perfect that you find it very hard to find the motivation to ever want to leave! It really is that perfect. I'd recommend this house without hesitation and would love to return someday. Thanks to the owners for an amazing vacation experience!

We stayed in this home for Christmas 2014! We spent a week on the island and had a blast. The kitchen in the home is stocked with everything you could ever need for planning family meals. This was a bonus. Additionally, there were so many games, toys, just fun stuff around the house and in the garage. It really made if feel like it was your own home for a week. The bed in the master was super comfortable. The pool area was wonderful and the kids were in the warm water daily. We walked to the beach daily, about a 5 block walk to beach access. I highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a family friendly place to stay on the island.
